At Rameshwar Metal India, we are dedicated to quality in both our processes and our products. Quality is the foundation of everything world-class.To guarantee the highest output standards, our R&D facility is outfitted with cutting-edge equipment for performing mechanical and metallurgical testing. Our continuous efforts to achieve effective quality management systems are amplified by our QA International Certification Limited.
Regarding the acquisition of resources, we make certain that we only purchase our raw materials from reliable, well-known suppliers worldwide. To further demonstrate our dedication to quality, we also undertake post-production testing and guarantee the use of stringent quality norms at every stage of our production process.
Prominent engineering consultants, inspection agencies, and statutory authorities such as Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, Tata Projects, Toye Projects & Developments India, IBR, SGS, RITES, Lacob’s, H & G, and Bax-Counsel have approved our products, which further strengthens our core quality.
Eddy-Current Testing
The purpose of this test is to find subsurface flaws. The entire length of the tubes is marked with a techno four fault detection system in accordance with the E426 with hole or notch standard.
Mechanical Testing
Tensile testing, flaring, flanging, flattening, reverse bend testing, and other procedures are carried out using mechanical testing that complies with ASTM standards.
Hydro Test
We use a high-pressure pump to perform 100% hydro testing on all pipes and tubes on a hydraulic test bench. Additionally, the tests completely adhere to ASTM A 249/13316-1992 requirements.
Air Under Water Test or Pneumatic Test
We still perform this kind of test on every tube that we produce, even though it is an additional requirement. Compressed air is blown into our goods during testing to make sure there are no leaks or unfinished weldings.
Ultrasonic Testing
Offline Ultrasonic Testing is another service we provide to our clients. We have a four-probe water emulsion system in-house that uses a microprocessor device to identify irregular process flow. The device can also use spraying to indicate the regions that have been spotted. To completely satisfy our customers, we may offer the ability to assess the ferrite content, do microstructure analysis to determine grain size, and perform other tests of this kind.
Radiography Testing
Using the newest optical emission spectrometers, we do comprehensive chemical testing on pipes and tubes in accordance with ASTM requirements.
Corrosion Testing
We perform the IGS test in accordance with A-262 practice A, B, C, or E in our NABL-accredited laboratory or at any other independent laboratory per our clients’ requests to determine the products’ susceptibility to intergranular corrosion attack or to quantify the rate of corrosion.
Visual Inspection
On 100% of the tubes, surface finish, dimension, edge, and length tests are performed. The test verifies that the tubes are straight in accordance with ASTM requirements.
Chemical Testing
Using the newest optical emission spectrometers, we do comprehensive chemical testing on pipes and tubes in accordance with ASTM requirements.
